The service

Vali (Pty) Ltd (placeholder) provides a multi-module business software platform on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in ZAR via PayFast. Plans, prices and what each includes are set out on our Pricing page. Annual plans include two months free.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Vali lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers' data, or misuse the platform.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. Each company's information is kept completely separate from other businesses. We process your data in line with our Privacy Policy and POPIA notice.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period. (Confirm cancellation/refund terms.)

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
