Order, receive and reorder without a spreadsheet
Raise purchase orders to your suppliers and receive the delivery against the order with a goods received note, capturing batches and serial numbers as it comes in.
The reorder report lists every product at or below its reorder level, with what to order. Faulty goods go back to the supplier at the cost they came in at, and confirming the return makes the supplier's debit note.

Common questions
Is stock control included in the Vali Business price?

Can I keep stock in more than one warehouse?
Yes. Set up as many warehouses, stores and bins as you need, see stock per location and move it between them.
Does it work if we do not manufacture anything?
Yes. Wholesalers, retailers and service businesses use the stock levels, purchase orders, goods received, stocktakes and reorder report on their own. The job card links are there if you make things.
How do stocktakes work?
Print count sheets per location, enter what was counted and Vali shows the variance against the system before you post the adjustment.
Can it track batches, expiry dates and serial numbers?
Yes. Choose per product whether it is tracked by batch, with expiry dates, or by serial number. Goods received capture them as stock comes in.
