Vali pricing: one price for the whole company

Yes. Every order starts with a 30-day free trial with everything switched on and no card required. Your account manager sets it up with you.

Not for a larger company. Setup, data import and training are quoted once per company, and custom development and support contracts are quoted on request or covered by an additional monthly retainer. Your account manager gives you the full quote before you start.

No. Your subscription covers one company, and you add as many people as you need at no extra cost per person.

No. Job cards, bills of materials, job costing and stock are included in the one price with the accounting.

No. Email and team chat, calendar and video meetings, email campaigns, projects with the client portal, and the policy and procedure wiki are all part of Vali Business. So is every new module we add. Only Vali Learning, for training providers, is a separate product.

Yes. Larger companies can run Vali on their own dedicated server in a South African data centre, with their own web address and a secure HTTPS connection. It is included in the Vali Business price at no extra charge.

Vali is backed up several times a day, and an encrypted copy is kept off-site every night. Your company can be restored on its own, without affecting any other business on Vali.

Training for your key people is quoted with the setup. Free step-by-step courses in the Vali Academy, so your staff can learn at their own pace and help themselves, are coming soon.

Vali Business includes 100 GB of document and file storage for the company, such as drawings, photos and attachments. More storage is quoted on request.

Fair use applies to email and campaigns. Normal business use is covered. If a company uses far more mailboxes, storage or campaign sending than similar businesses, we will talk to you first.

By card or EFT through PayFast, billed monthly in rand. VAT is added to the price shown.

You choose a plan and carry on with everything you captured. If you do not, the company is locked, not deleted, so nothing is lost if you come back.

The AI assistant uses your own OpenAI or Claude account, which you pay for directly. Vali charges nothing extra for it.

Each company is its own subscription at the price shown. If a bookkeeping practice runs your books, it sees all your companies from one dashboard.

South African payroll and HR are coming soon and will be included in the Vali Business price. Until then, run payroll in your payroll system and post the totals to Vali as a journal.

Yes. We load your customers, suppliers, products and stock for you, and capture what each customer owes you and what you owe each supplier. See how we get you started.

Vali runs online, so you need a connection to work in it. Nothing you have saved is lost, and we recommend a low-cost LTE router as a backup connection. More on this.

Yes. Vali has its own secure connection for other software, such as a time clock, an online shop or another business system. Tell us what you use and we will quote the link. More on this.

Yes. Vali Business is monthly with no contract, and you can export your lists to CSV at any time, so your data stays yours. For larger setups, the once-off setup fee can be paid upfront, or spread over a 12-month agreement. If you spread it and leave before the 12 months are up, the unpaid part of the setup fee is still due.
