Is there a free trial?
Yes — you can start free with no card required. Each plan shows its current trial above.
Who can open a Bookkeeping Practice account?
The Bookkeeping Practice account is for registered bookkeepers and accountants. During sign-up you provide your professional registration or practice number so we can verify your practice — once verified, it unlocks dealer (wholesale) per-client pricing.
Do I save on annual billing?
Yes — when annual billing arrives with self-service sign-up, paying yearly includes 2 months free versus monthly.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own login to your company. Plans include a set number of users; add more as you grow.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — move up or down as your needs change. Modules switch on and off with your plan.
How will I pay?
Card or EFT via PayFast, billed monthly or annually (coming with self-service sign-up).
How do I get help if I get stuck?
Email us any time, or raise a ticket from the Help & Feedback button inside Vali and track it through to resolution. Founder-led support — no call centre.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation terms are confirmed in your subscription agreement.
