Clients, then their projects, then categories, then tasks. Every task has a status, an owner, a priority and a due date.
Set up your own status steps in your own order, and make a step ask for a note, such as "client reported a problem". Every change is kept, with who made it and how long the task sat at each step.

Clients sign in and see only their own work, in their words: "Ready for you to check", "We're busy with this". When something is waiting on them, they update it themselves.
New work arrives as a request with the details and attachments you need, instead of a phone call nobody wrote down.

Common questions
Can clients see everything we're working on?
No. Each client signs in and sees only their own work, with the statuses worded for them.
Can we set our own statuses?
Yes. Set your own status steps in your own order, and make some steps ask for a note, such as when a client reports a problem.
Do I need Vali Communication as well?
No. Vali Projects works on its own. Add Vali Communication, the email and calendar, if you want meeting agendas built from your projects and clients confirming tasks from an email.
Is there a limit on users?
No. One price for the company, however many people and clients use it.
Can an AI assistant use it?
Yes. An AI assistant connected to Vali Projects can read tasks, write notes and move a task's status, and everything it does is kept in the task history.
